    I purchased an Excursion triton at a dealer in Dallas and didn't realize Buzby's was a dealer. After I put my boat in the water I needed some repair work done. I saw online that Buzby's was a warranteed dealer so I talked to them about fixing my boat. At first they said it would be a couple of weeks so I returned after 2 1/2 weeks and asked about timing for the repair. I was told they wouldn't be able to fix it. I was surprised and asked why and I was told that if I wanted them to fix it I should have bought it from them. It wasn't like I expected it to be done free of charge but I ended up taking it back to Dallas. If rude and unprofessional is to your liking then you will love Buzby marine.
